Wall Mounted Glasses Stand
After moving into our new apartment, I found myself constantly misplacing my glasses or leaving them on random surfaces. I needed a designated spot where I could safely store them when not in use - something minimalist that wouldn’t clash with our décor.
My search on Thingiverse yielded limited options for wall-mounted glasses holders, and the one design I did like unfortunately proved too small for my frames. So I decided to create my own solution using FreeCAD.
Despite being a complete novice at 3D modeling (seriously, I’m barely past the “what button do I click?” stage), I managed to design something functional and clean. The beauty of this project is in its simplicity - a straightforward holder that serves its purpose without being visually intrusive.
The result is exactly what I wanted: a practical, wall-mounted solution that keeps my glasses safe, accessible, and off cluttered surfaces.
